Russian Shelling Claims Life of Resident in Suburb of Zaporizhzhia, Four Others Injured – State Emergency Service
A brutal shelling by Russian forces has resulted in the death of one man and injuries to four others in a suburb of Zaporizhzhia, according to a report from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
In a devastating attack carried out by Russian military forces, one man has lost his life, and four others have sustained injuries in a village located in the suburbs of Zaporizhzhia. This tragic news was reported through a statement published on the Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
Rescue workers indicated that local firefighters successfully freed a woman trapped under the rubble, who required immediate medical assistance. She was urgently hospitalized to a stabilization point, although details regarding her health condition have not yet been disclosed.
The report highlighted that as a result of the shelling, a residential building was partially destroyed at one address, and a fire broke out. Firefighters promptly extinguished the blaze that ensued from this incident. Additionally, two other residential buildings were destroyed at different addresses, and the shockwave from the explosion damaged approximately ten neighboring homes.
