Nova Poshta Actively Expands Network in Ukraine: 36 New Branches and 2,680 Automated Parcel Terminals Opened in First Quarter of 2026
In the first quarter of 2026, Nova Poshta, one of Ukraine's leading logistics and delivery companies, made significant investments in expanding its network, opening 36 new branches and installing 2,680 new automated parcel terminals.
In the first quarter of 2026, Nova Poshta, a prominent player in the logistics and delivery sector in Ukraine, undertook substantial investments to enhance its network. Over the initial three months of the year, the company installed 2,680 new automated parcel terminals, opened 36 branches, and established 329 points for parcel acceptance and delivery. These figures were announced by company representatives during a press conference.
According to the information provided by Nova Poshta, the majority of the new branches were opened in residential complexes, with 21 out of the 36 new branches located in such areas. This indicates a growing demand for convenient and accessible delivery services for residents of new housing districts. The new branches were most actively established in the Kyiv and Lviv regions, as well as in the frontline Zaporizhzhia region, where the need for rapid logistics remains consistently high. Company representatives confirmed this information, stating that the network's expansion aligns with the current needs of the population.
Hanna Fedchenko, the head of the network development planning department at Nova Poshta, emphasized that the company is not only opening new service points but is also actively working on standardizing the existing network to better meet customer needs. "It is worth noting that we are not only opening new Nova Poshta service points but are also simultaneously standardizing the existing network to align with the current customer demands. During the first quarter, 19 branches changed their locations to make it even more convenient for customers to use Nova Poshta's services," she explained.
Nova Poshta has placed special emphasis on the development of parcel terminal logistics. The network of automated pickup points continues to grow rapidly and currently boasts 36,755 parcel terminals across the country. Artur Kudelin, the director of the parcel terminal department at Nova Poshta, noted: "In addition to scaling the network, we are experimenting with formats and testing new models to make delivery even more convenient. Recently, we opened a parcel terminal space with 26 sections, 286 compartments, and 13 meters in length. Furthermore, we are adding new stacks to already established parcel terminals where there is appropriate demand and technical feasibility. So far, we have expanded 445 points in this manner."
It is important to remember that by the end of 2026, Nova Poshta plans to increase its network of parcel terminals by 6,000 units and open 300 mini-branches throughout Ukraine. This reflects the company's ambitious plans for expansion and improvement of its services for Ukrainian consumers.
Additionally, earlier, Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta announced the operating schedules of their branches for Easter, further underscoring the importance of adapting services to meet citizens' needs, especially during festive days.
