In Dnipro, a court has decided to remand four individuals suspected of attacking a judge, who will be held in custody for 60 days without the option of bail.

In a significant legal development, a court in Dnipro has ruled to impose a preventive measure on four individuals suspected of assaulting a judge. According to the decision, all suspects will be held in custody without the possibility of posting bail for a period of 60 days. This information was made public through a message posted on the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.

The preventive measure was chosen at the request of the prosecutor from the Right Bank District Prosecutor's Office of Dnipro. This ruling comes as a result of a serious investigation conducted by law enforcement agencies, underscoring the gravity of the situation surrounding the attack on the district court judge.

Moreover, during the investigative actions, another individual connected to this crime was identified and also charged under similar articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This indicates that law enforcement is actively working to uncover all circumstances of the case and establish all individuals responsible for this crime.

It is important to recall that the attack on the judge occurred on March 13 at approximately 5:00 PM in the Soborny district of Dnipro. During the incident, as the female judge exited her vehicle, she was assaulted by three men. Following the attack, the assailants fled the scene in a car. As a result of this attack, the judge sustained bodily injuries, highlighting the seriousness of the situation and the risks faced by representatives of the judiciary.

Authorities reported that as a result of a large-scale special operation conducted on April 6, individuals involved in this crime were apprehended. The ages of the detained men range from 33 to 36 years, indicating that the crime may have involved mature and experienced individuals. This raises concerns regarding the safety of judges and other representatives of the judiciary in Ukraine.

The current situation has sparked outrage within society, as the attack on a judge is a serious crime that undermines the foundations of justice and security in the country. Authorities and law enforcement agencies must take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of judges and prevent similar crimes in the future. It is crucial for society to understand that such actions will not go unpunished and that justice will be restored.
