In the Sumy region of Ukraine, three individuals lost their lives and 22 others were injured, including children, as a result of ongoing Russian military aggression, according to local police reports.

According to the report, throughout the last day, Russian forces continued to shell civilian infrastructure and peaceful residents, resulting in dozens of communities in the region coming under fire. The Sumy police are actively documenting the consequences of these hostile attacks, recording the dead and injured.
Specifically, in the Sumy community, six individuals were injured due to shelling, including a 17-year-old girl. The attacks caused damage to an administrative building, vehicles, an educational institution, and other civilian infrastructure, indicating severe destruction.
In the Shostka community, law enforcement officials reported that one person was killed as a result of an airstrike, while four others sustained injuries. The shelling led to damage to both apartment buildings and private homes, vehicles, and infrastructure, raising concerns among local residents.
Additionally, in the Velykopysarivka community, one person lost their life due to enemy shelling, and a vehicle along with agricultural structures were damaged. In the Bilopillia community, another individual was killed and one was injured, highlighting the gravity of the situation in the region.
Moreover, private homes and agricultural structures were damaged in the Esman, Svesa, and Shalyhyne communities, further complicating the lives of local residents. All these events indicate that Russian forces continue their aggression against the civilian population.
After midnight, the enemy attacked the regional center with strike drones. In the Sumy community, hits were recorded on residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure. As a result of these attacks, apartment buildings, vehicles, and engineering networks were damaged. Preliminary reports indicate that 11 people were injured, including a 15-year-old child. Information about the injured is being clarified, which underscores the ongoing risk to the lives of peaceful residents.
