Counterfeit Hryvnia Notes Discovered in Sumy Region, Dropped by Enemy Drone

On the morning of October 26, 2023, authorities in two districts of the Sumy region uncovered counterfeit hryvnia banknotes, which, as reported by the regional military administration, were dropped by enemy forces using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This alarming information was shared by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Grygorov, via his Telegram channel, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.

Grygorov pointed out that the discovered notes contained hostile inscriptions and QR codes that directed individuals to resources owned by the adversary.
