One Dead and Ten Injured in Kherson Region Due to Russian Attacks

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported via Telegram that as of 5:30 PM, the consequences of Russian aggression had resulted in one fatality and ten injuries in the region. The statement highlights the ongoing violence and instability faced by local residents amid the conflict.
On April 6, Russian forces launched attacks on populated areas within the Kherson region using reactive artillery and various types of drones. The morning assaults included multiple artillery strikes on the city of Kherson, where a 78-year-old woman tragically lost her life. Additionally, four women sustained injuries of varying severity due to the bombardment.
During the day, Russian troops directed drones towards one of the streets in the regional center, resulting in injuries to four civilians, including a 15-year-old boy. In a separate incident on another street in the city, a man was injured as a result of a drone attack. Furthermore, a woman was wounded due to artillery shelling in the village of Zolota Balka.
The attacks have caused significant damage to private homes, educational institutions, a theater, a store, and various vehicles, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the area.
