Six People Injured in Kharkiv Region Due to Russian Strikes

In a troubling escalation of violence, six individuals were injured in the Kharkiv region as a result of Russian shelling, as reported by local authorities.

According to a post by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, six people were injured due to shelling in the region. Among the injured are three men aged 56, 61, and 34, as well as two men aged 67. Additionally, a 64-year-old woman was wounded in the village of Kurachyne, which is part of the Kupiansk community.

Furthermore, medical personnel provided assistance to an 84-year-old woman who was injured as a result of a strike in Kolodyazne within the Dvorichna community on March 30. These incidents highlight the ongoing aggression from Russian forces, which continue to attack civilian objects and the population.

It is known that the enemy launched an attack on Kharkiv using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Specifically, in the Kyiv district of the city, the use of 11 Geran-2 drones, one Molniya drone, four FPV drones, and 25 other UAVs, whose types are currently being established, was recorded.

As a result of these attacks, four apartment buildings, an institution of higher education, nine vehicles, electrical networks, a bus, and a civilian enterprise were damaged in Kharkiv. This indicates serious consequences for the city's infrastructure, which is already suffering from constant shelling.

In the Bohodukhiv district, several objects were also damaged: an apartment building, garages in the village of Ivashky, two private houses in the villages of Klynova-Novoselivka and Petrivka, a gas station in Zolochiv, and an administrative building in Bohodukhiv. In the Kupiansk district, a vehicle was damaged in Velykyi Burluk, and a private house was affected in the village of Kurachyne.

The Izium district was not spared either, where railway infrastructure was damaged in Savyntsi. In Kozacha Lopan, part of the Kharkiv district, two private houses were damaged. In the Chuhuiv district, damage was also recorded at a farm in the village of Novyi Burluk, as well as to an apartment building and six private houses, along with electrical networks.

Meanwhile, the transit evacuation point in Lozova received 196 people in one day. Since the beginning of its operation, a total of 26,989 individuals have been registered who required evacuation due to the dangers in the region.

As previously reported, on April 6, five residents of Kharkiv were injured due to Russian strikes. At that time, a drone hit near a public transport stop in the Kyiv district, resulting in injuries to a bus driver. Later, as a result of a drone hitting a residential building in the same district, three people were injured. Also, on the morning of that same day, the enemy attacked the Osnovyansky district, where a 15-year-old child experienced an acute stress reaction.

These events further underscore the dire situation in the region, where civilians continue to suffer from the consequences of military actions. We urge everyone to remain vigilant and adhere to safety measures.
