150 Combat Engagements on the Front: Over 30 Russian Assaults Repelled in the Pokrovsk Direction
In the past day, Ukrainian defenders have successfully thwarted 31 assaults by Russian occupiers in the Pokrovsk direction, amidst a total of 150 combat engagements reported along the front lines.
During the last 24 hours, the front lines have witnessed a staggering 150 combat engagements, particularly in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders successfully halted 31 attacks by Russian occupiers. This surge in hostilities indicates a significant level of aggression from the enemy across multiple sectors of the front, with assaults also concentrated in the Kostyantynivka, Oleksandrivka, and Huliaipole directions.
According to information provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy conducted five airstrikes in the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, deploying 13 guided aerial bombs (GAB). Additionally, there were 93 recorded shellings of Ukrainian military positions and civilian settlements, six of which were executed using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Four combat engagements also took place in these areas.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy made two attempts to breach the defensive lines of Ukrainian defenders near the settlements of Starytsia and Kolodiazne. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched eight attacks in the vicinity of Pishchane, as well as towards Kivsharivka, Novoosynove, Petropavlivka, and Kurylivka.
The Lyman direction also drew the attention of the aggressor, where the enemy attempted to attack six times, trying to penetrate the defenses of Ukrainian forces in the directions of Lyman, Stavky, Novoserhiivka, and Drobysheve. In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled five attempts by the occupiers to advance towards Rai-Oleksandrivka, Yampol, and Riznykivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy launched three attacks in the areas of Pryvillia, Markove, and towards Min'kivka. Meanwhile, in the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy executed 19 attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Stepaniivka, Kleban-Bik, Pleshchiyivka, Rusyn Yar, as well as towards Illinivka, Sofiivka, and Kostyantynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 31 assault actions by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Hryshyne, and Muravka. This reflects a high level of training and resilience among Ukrainian military personnel, who are effectively countering enemy attacks.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, updated information indicates that the enemy attacked 13 times in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Myrne, Kalynivske, Pryvillia, Verbove, Zlahoda, and Oleksandrhrad. In the Huliaipole direction, there were 11 attacks by the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Olenokostyantynivka, Charivne, as well as towards Sviatopetrivka, Zaliznychne, and Pryluky.
In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully thwarted two attempts by the enemy to advance near the settlement of Shcherbaky. In the Dnipro direction, the enemy conducted five assault actions in the areas of the Antonivskyi Bridge and the Bilohrudyi Island.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of enemy offensive group formations have been detected. This may indicate that the enemy is currently concentrating its efforts on other sectors of the front.
The soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue their systematic destruction of the enemy, providing effective resistance across all sectors of the front, demonstrating courage and professionalism in the fight for Ukraine's independence.
