On the Frontline - 128 Clashes, Ukrainian Armed Forces Neutralize 75 Occupants in the Pokrovsk Direction

The report indicates that since the start of the day, there have been 128 combat clashes, highlighting the ongoing intensity of hostilities across various fronts.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has published operational information about the situation on the frontlines as of 10:00 PM on Friday, April 3, in a post on Facebook. According to the report, there have been 128 combat clashes since the beginning of the day, indicating a high level of military activity across multiple directions.
The enemy, as reported by the General Staff, launched three missile strikes, utilizing 37 missiles, and conducted 40 airstrikes, dropping 140 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the adversary deployed 6,531 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,663 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops. These figures reflect the intensity of the fighting and the scale of aggression from Russian military forces.
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy executed two airstrikes, employing seven guided bombs, and conducted 91 shellings of Ukrainian military positions and civilian areas, 12 of which were carried out using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Two combat clashes were recorded in these regions.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions five times in the areas of Starytsia, Krasne Pershe, as well as towards Tzehelne and Vilcha. These actions indicate the adversary's attempts to consolidate their positions and advance further.
The Kupiansk direction also saw activity, with the enemy conducting five attacks, particularly in the area of Borivska Andriivka and towards Kivsharivka and Novosynove. The Lyman direction witnessed two assaults, which Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled in the areas of Dibrivka and Novoserhiyivka.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance three times in the areas of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Platonivka, where two assault actions are ongoing. Meanwhile, in the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers did not conduct active offensive operations, which may indicate certain difficulties in their plans.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy launched 18 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders in the areas of Udaichne, Kleban-Bik, Pleshchiyivka, Ivanopillya, Rusyn Yar, as well as towards Illinivka, Sofiyivka, Novopavlivka, Kucherovyi Yar, and Kostiantynivka. These data indicate the continuous attempts by the adversary to breach the defenses of Ukrainian forces.
Combat operations were particularly active in the Pokrovsk direction, where the enemy conducted 30 attacks. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of Bilytske, Shevchenko, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Serhiivka, Udaichne, Muravka, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, Novopavlivka, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, and Molodetske. Preliminary estimates indicate that 53 occupants were killed in this direction, 22 were injured, and enemy shelters and ten units of automotive equipment were destroyed.
Additionally, 14 shelters, three artillery pieces, and one vehicle were damaged. It was noted that 237 drones of various types were destroyed or suppressed, marking a significant achievement for Ukrainian forces in their fight against the aggressor.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy conducted seven attacks in the areas of Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sichneve, Zlahoda, Novohryhorivka, Krasnohirske, and Stepove. In the Huliaipole direction, 11 attacks were recorded in the areas of Huliaipole, Olenokostyantynivka, Varvarivka, Zelenyi, as well as towards Dobropillia, Pryluky, Hirkoho, and Charivne. Two assault actions continue.
In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders halted the enemy's attempt to advance near the settlement of Stepove. In the Dnipropetrovsk direction, the enemy conducted five assault actions in the areas of the Antonivsk Bridge and Holova Prystan. No significant changes in the situation were reported in other directions, as summarized by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of the Russian military from February 24, 2022, to April 3, 2026, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,301,260 personnel. These figures underscore the scale of losses that the adversary has suffered in this war.
