Child Killed and Five Injured in Russian Attacks in Dnipropetrovsk Region

In a tragic series of Russian attacks in the Dnipropetrovsk region, an 11-year-old child lost their life, and five adults sustained injuries. The attacks were carried out using drones, targeting four districts in the area.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a series of Russian attacks has resulted in the death of an 11-year-old child, while five adults have been injured. This tragedy occurred due to shelling carried out by the enemy using drones, attacking four districts in the region.

This information was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, on his Telegram channel. According to him, the enemy conducted more than 10 attacks, leading to civilian casualties. In the Pokrovsk community, located in the Synelnykove district, a private house caught fire as a result of the strike, and three other homes and a car were damaged. Unfortunately, during this shelling, an 11-year-old boy was killed, along with three women aged 31 and 61, and a 33-year-old man who were hospitalized in moderate condition.

Details of the events indicate that in the Pavlohrad district, both the city of Pavlohrad and the Bohdanivka community were under attack. Here, two men aged 52 and 66 were also hospitalized in moderate condition. The shelling caused a fire in the area, damaging an administrative building and power lines, leading to power supply disruptions.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, particularly in Apostolove, infrastructure was also severely damaged, raising concerns among local residents. Meanwhile, in the Nikopol region, in the district center, as well as in the Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities, administrative buildings, private homes, and vehicles were affected. These events once again confirm that Russian attacks spare neither children nor adults, inflicting harm on the civilian population.

It is worth noting that such shelling occurs against the backdrop of escalating conflict in the region, where civilians continue to suffer the consequences of war. Oleksandr Hanzha urged all residents to adhere to safety measures and remain cautious, as the situation remains tense. Authorities are doing everything possible to assist the victims and restore infrastructure, but the aftermath of the attacks leaves deep scars in people's lives.

This tragedy underscores the importance of international support for Ukraine in its fight against aggression, as civilians should not bear the brunt of the war's consequences. As Hanzha stated, every instance of loss of life, especially that of children, is unacceptable and should evoke a resolute response worldwide to counter such aggression.
