One Person Killed, Another Injured in Russian Missile Attack on Chernihiv – Military Administration

A tragic incident occurred in Chernihiv as a result of a missile attack, claiming one life and injuring another. This information was confirmed by the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, via his Telegram channel.

According to Bryzhynskyi, preliminary reports indicate that one person was killed due to the attack by a Russian ballistic missile, which struck one of the city's enterprises. He noted that this incident resulted from a direct hit, causing significant destruction at the facility.

Additionally, the official reported that a 17-year-old girl was injured as a result of the shockwave from the explosion. Her condition is currently being assessed, but it is known that she was in close proximity to the epicenter of the blast.

Dmytro Bryzhynskyi also added that the attack caused damage to the utility buildings at the enterprise that was targeted by the Russian missile. City authorities are currently assessing the damage and organizing assistance for those affected.
