Ukraine's largest telecommunications operator, Kyivstar, has announced the launch of a new online platform designed to provide digital solutions tailored for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and scaling companies in need of modern tools to optimize their sales, marketing, and other essential processes.

Kyivstar, the leading telecommunications operator in Ukraine, has officially launched a new online platform aimed at delivering digital solutions specifically for entrepreneurs and businesses of various sizes. This initiative is particularly focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), startups, and companies looking to scale, all of which require contemporary tools to enhance their operational efficiency in key areas such as sales and marketing.

According to a press release issued by the company on Monday, the platform currently offers a range of services including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, virtual private branch exchanges (PBX), and telephony solutions. These offerings are designed to simplify business operations by providing convenient tools for managing customer relationships and communications effectively.

Looking ahead, Kyivstar plans to expand its marketplace by introducing new categories of services. Potential additions may include marketing solutions, human resources platforms, chatbot builders, and various educational tools aimed at helping entrepreneurs manage their businesses even more efficiently.

Users of the platform will find not only the names of products in each category but also detailed information regarding their features, pricing, integration capabilities with other services, and application recommendations. This comprehensive approach will enable entrepreneurs to quickly and easily identify the solutions that best meet their specific needs.

Konstantin Vecher, the Director of Business Development for the corporate market at Kyivstar, commented on the initiative, stating: 'This solution will help entrepreneurs save time, while partners will gain new clients. We will continue to develop the platform by adding new categories and solutions.' This statement reflects the company’s commitment not only to support businesses but also to foster their growth and development.

It is worth noting that as of the end of 2025, Kyivstar served approximately 22.4 million mobile subscribers and over 1.2 million fixed-line subscribers. This substantial user base underscores the company's significant presence in the Ukrainian telecommunications market.

In 2025, the Kyivstar group showcased impressive financial results, increasing its EBITDA profit by 30%, amounting to 27 billion UAH, alongside a revenue growth of 30.3% to 48.2 billion UAH. Notably, in the fourth quarter of the previous year, EBITDA rose by 23.1% to 7.2 billion UAH, while revenue increased by 30.1% to 13.5 billion UAH. These figures affirm the stability and success of Kyivstar's business model, which enables the company to confidently navigate and thrive in the current market conditions.
