Kharkiv Under Attack by Russian Drones, Three More Strikes Reported

Kharkiv has once again faced attacks from Russian drones, resulting in three new strikes. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported the incidents via his Telegram channel, noting that there have been no reports of casualties at this time.

In a concerning escalation of hostilities, Kharkiv has experienced renewed attacks from Russian drones, leading to three additional strikes in the city. Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, provided updates on the situation through his Telegram channel, emphasizing that as of now, there have been no reports of injuries or fatalities. Emergency services are actively engaged in assessing the impact of the strikes and determining the extent of damage and potential casualties.

According to preliminary information shared by Kharkiv's mayor, Ihor Terekhov, one of the recent drone attacks targeted an educational institution. The consequences of this strike are still being clarified, but initial assessments indicate that the situation is serious. Air raid alerts continue to sound throughout the city, suggesting the possibility of further assaults from enemy forces.

These latest events unfold against the backdrop of prior attacks that occurred on April 6, when five residents of Kharkiv were injured due to Russian strikes. On that occasion, a drone struck near a public transport stop in the Kyiv district, resulting in injuries to a bus driver. This incident underscores the relentless efforts of the enemy to inflict harm on the civilian population.

Additionally, a strike on a residential building in the Kyiv district injured three more individuals, highlighting the peril faced by Kharkiv's residents. It is crucial to note that on the morning of the same day, enemy forces also targeted the Osnovyansky district of the city, where a 15-year-old child experienced an acute stress reaction due to the bombardment.

These developments illustrate that the situation in Kharkiv remains tense, with local residents living under the constant threat of new attacks. Authorities are urging the population to adhere to safety measures and remain in secure locations during air raid alerts. Emergency services, police, and military personnel continue their efforts to ensure the safety of citizens and minimize the consequences of enemy shelling.
