Interview with Oleg Danilyuk, Founder of an IT Outsourcing Company

Oleg Danilyuk is a visionary in the world of technology, heading the company Duanex, which offers effective and practical software solutions for businesses. In addition, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the startup Insyghtful, which provides an AI-based sales assistant that helps in real-time during calls.

Currently, Danilyuk is focused on the development and scaling of AI-driven products at both Duanex and Insyghtful. His work centers around creating and testing new AI agents and platforms, such as precalliq.com and teamulate.com, for his business. He enjoys the process of 'building a coding atmosphere,' as it allows for experimentation, creation, and refinement of new AI-based solutions that can create immediate impact. Developing AI that feels intuitive and genuinely enhances how teams think and work is the best part of his job at this moment.

At the same time, the main focus of the business is on programmer outsourcing, and Danilyuk's company Duanex continues to grow each year.

Reflecting on his early experiences, Danilyuk recalls how his wife's brother once brought an old Intel i486 computer to their home. It had only 4 MB of RAM, which was not much even at that time. He played all the games that the computer could handle and eventually exhausted all possible options. Since the computer was too slow for new software, upgrading was not an option, so he began to experiment and learn programming. His curiosity drove him into programming and shaped his entire career in technology.

Danilyuk creates and manages software and AI-oriented solutions that help businesses automate processes and operate more efficiently. A significant portion of what he develops consists of practical AI agents and tools that assist teams before meetings, analyze conversations, provide prompts during calls, optimize decision-making, or streamline internal operations.

He emphasizes the importance of making technology useful and easy to apply rather than overly complex. This approach led him to develop PreCall IQ, a tool he created to prepare for business calls. Similarly, Teamulate, a tool that they used at Duanex for managing vacations, was outdated, and he could not find a replacement that met all their needs.
