Intergal-Bud Launches New Building in Teremky Residential Complex
On March 31, 2026, the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine issued a certificate confirming the readiness for operation of the latest building in the Teremky residential complex, as announced by the project's developer, Intergal-Bud.
The State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine (DIAM) officially issued certificate number ІУ123260317543 on March 31, 2026, which certifies the compliance of the completed construction and readiness for operation of the fifth building (Building No. 5) in the Teremky residential complex located at 15 Akademika Zabolotnoho Street, Kyiv. This announcement was made by the press service of the project's developer, Intergal-Bud.
The Teremky residential complex is a comfort-class development situated near the Golosiivskyi Forest, the VDNH Park, and Feofaniya Park. The complex consists of five buildings, offering a total of 1,848 apartments. The newly commissioned 25-story building contains 216 apartments, with a total building area of 15,151.6 square meters, and the total area of the apartments is 11,775.7 square meters, along with an additional 634.4 square meters of integrated and attached premises.
This building marks the fifth project that Intergal-Bud has put into operation since the beginning of 2026. Between January and March, the company received readiness certificates for several other projects, including the MillTown business center in Lviv, Building No. 6 of the River City residential complex in Zhytomyr, and Buildings No. 10 and No. 11 of the Ozerna Hai Hatne residential complex in the village of Hatne.
Intergal-Bud has been a significant player in the residential real estate market since its inception in 2003. The company boasts a portfolio of 107 residential projects.
