Revenue from Rentals: State Property Fund Achieves Nearly One-Third of Annual Plan
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has reported significant progress in its revenue collection from rental agreements, achieving almost 246 million hryvnias in the first quarter of 2026, which accounts for 30.7% of the annual target.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has publicly released information regarding its revenue collection plan from rental agreements, revealing that nearly 246 million hryvnias have been received by the state budget in the first quarter of 2026. This figure represents 30.7% of the planned annual amount. The announcement was made on the official Facebook page of the Fund, confirming the active efforts of the institution in attracting funds through rental payments.
During the period from January to March 2026, the State Property Fund conducted 164 successful rental auctions, resulting in revenue of 2.42 million hryvnias. The average price increase during these auctions was 1.7 times, indicating a strong interest in state property from renters. This also highlights the effectiveness of the conducted auctions and their attractiveness for businesses.
Additionally, in the reporting period, 195 rental agreements were extended, totaling 1.83 million hryvnias. This reflects the stability and reliability of existing renters who continue to collaborate with the state. The State Property Fund notes that the amount of revenue and auction results may vary, as payments occur after all procedures are completed and include payments for previous periods.
According to preliminary data, from January to March 2026, the state budget also received 938 million hryvnias from privatization. These figures underscore the active role of the State Property Fund in attracting financial resources for the state and indicate positive trends in the management of state property.
