New Mail's Easter 2026 Work Schedule Announced

Nova Poshta, a prominent delivery service provider in Ukraine, has announced its operational schedule for the Easter holidays in 2026. According to a statement published on the company's official Telegram channel, branches of Nova Poshta will operate on a reduced schedule on April 12, the day of the Easter celebrations, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

On Saturday, April 11, Nova Poshta branches will function as usual, allowing customers to send and receive parcels without any restrictions. On Monday, April 13, the company will return to its standard operating hours, which is convenient for those planning to send parcels after the holiday.

Representatives of Nova Poshta emphasized that this schedule applies to the majority of branches. However, customers are encouraged to check the specific working hours of their local branch through the mobile application or on the company's official website, with a link provided in the announcement.

Additionally, Nova Poshta has previously responded to numerous customer inquiries, confirming that the company accepts Easter cakes for shipment across Ukraine. This is significant news for those planning to send traditional Easter dishes to loved ones or friends living far away.

In preparation for sending Easter cakes, Nova Poshta has provided recommendations for properly packaging this delicate product to ensure its integrity during transportation. This includes using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.

Regarding the shipment of decorated eggs, the company noted that raw eggs are not accepted in parcels. When sending boiled eggs, Nova Poshta warned that it cannot guarantee temperature control, thus it does not take responsibility for potential spoilage of the product during delivery. This is an important consideration for customers who plan to send decorated eggs, as they can be sensitive to temperature changes.

It is worth noting that Easter in Ukraine in 2026 will be celebrated by believers of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) and the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC) on April 12.
