Google Launches Free Training Program for Businesses Using AI Agents

Artificial intelligence (AI) has long ceased to be merely a 'smart chatbot' for writing texts. Today, AI agents are evolving into full-fledged digital assistants capable of independently analyzing data, managing internal documentation, and automating complex process chains. In light of this development, Google has announced the launch of a new free training program titled 'Grow Your Business with Google Cloud: The Era of AI Agents.' This initiative aims to assist businesses in moving from fragmented experiments to a system of AI agents that automate parts of workflows and improve team efficiency.

The launch of the program is supported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the national platform Diya.Education, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, and the national project Diya.Business. Oleksandr Borynyakov, the acting Minister of Digital Transformation, stated, 'We are building an Agentic State — a state where services are provided by AI agents. It is essential for Ukrainian businesses to move at this pace alongside us. I thank Google for its systematic support of the digital ecosystem. Such initiatives provide Ukrainian companies with access to the best tools to implement AI, enhance efficiency, and confidently compete in the global market.'

This course is not intended for beginners who are just learning to write prompts for AI. The organizers expect specialists and teams who already have experience working with AI and use it in their daily tasks. The program is designed for those who are eager to go beyond simple chat dialogues and are ready to build complex AI systems on the Google Cloud platform that work securely and effectively with the company's internal data.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to learn several key aspects of working with AI. First, they will be able to independently prioritize for AI, determining which specific tasks in business automation will yield the best results. Secondly, participants will learn to create AI agents that can cover various areas, from data analysis and marketing to developing interactive solutions.

Moreover, the program will teach participants how to integrate data by connecting internal spreadsheets, documents, databases, and other information sources with Google Workspace or Google Cloud to AI agents. Participants will also be able to test and improve their AI solutions, measuring their accuracy and refining them for greater efficiency.

The training will be conducted online and will include webinars and workshops from experts from both Ukrainian and international companies, starting on April 8. The program introduces a new practical format — the Agent Builder Lab, where each participant will be able to create their own AI agent and test how accurately it performs assigned tasks. Participants will also have the opportunity to compete for Google merchandise for the most accurate AI agent.

Participants will receive free access to the Google Skills platform, where they can practice creating AI solutions in a test environment on Google Cloud, as well as take courses and practical assignments to explore the capabilities of Google Cloud's AI tools.
