According to an official statement, the operation targeted the Syzran and Novokuibyshevsk refineries in the Samara region, the “RPK-Vysotsk Lukoil-2” oil terminal in the Leningrad region, and the Tikhoretsk oil pumping station in the Krasnodar region.
