Consumer Center LLC, widely recognized by its brand ShvydkoHroshi, has officially announced its first-ever issuance of corporate bonds. This significant financial move involves a public offering of bonds amounting to 100 million UAH, which is poised to be a crucial development for the company within Ukraine's financial landscape.
According to information provided by UniVer Capital LLC, the organizer of the bond placement, the issuance will consist of 100,000 series A bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 UAH. This structure allows investors the opportunity to purchase bonds that will provide them with a stable income in the form of interest payments.
The interest rate for the bonds during the first four interest periods is set at 24% per annum in UAH. Additionally, the company has planned for an annual offer and quarterly interest payments, making this investment particularly attractive to potential buyers.
Applications for the purchase of bonds will be accepted from April 14 to April 28, 2026. Investors will have the option to submit their applications through a broker or directly via the placement organizer. The initial bond placement is scheduled to commence on April 14, 2026, at the PFTS stock exchange. Following the completion of the primary placement, trading of these securities will also be available on the secondary market, providing further opportunities for investors.
The bond issuance will be executed using a simplified registration procedure and the Delivery versus Payment (DvP) principle, which ensures the simultaneous transfer of bonds and payment for them. This approach is designed to reduce risks for investors and simplify the transaction process.
