Spanning approximately 2,000 square meters, the estate is located just a few kilometers from downtown Los Angeles, with the main house covering 947.6 square meters. This spacious and stylish residence has been the home of the Osbourne family for many years, and now, following the passing of Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon has decided it is time for a new chapter.

It has been noted that the couple had considered selling the home even before the musician's death. In July 2022, they listed the property for $18 million, but later reduced the price to $17.5 million. However, shortly after this price adjustment, the house was taken off the market.
