Ukrainian Presidential Office Officials with the Highest Incomes for 2025
A detailed analysis by NV has revealed that four deputy heads of the Ukrainian Presidential Office have family incomes exceeding those of their colleagues for the year 2025.
The publication NV has conducted a thorough analysis of the declarations of all high-ranking officials within the Office of the President of Ukraine, uncovering that four officials, who hold the positions of deputy heads of the Office, reported family incomes that surpass those of their peers for the year 2025.
According to the information available, the deadline for officials to submit their declarations ended on March 31, and all deputy heads of the Office of the President fulfilled their obligations within the stipulated timeframe. However, the income reports of the head of the Presidential Office, Kyrylo Budanov, and his deputy, Pavlo Palisa, remain inaccessible to the general public, as both are military personnel.
The NV editorial team analyzed the financial results of the team at Bankova Street and highlighted four deputy heads who earned the highest incomes over the past year. The analysis took into account all declared incomes of the deputy heads of the presidential office who worked at the Office last year and continue their activities under Budanov's leadership. This also includes the incomes of their partners and family members.
Among those who made it to this notable quartet are well-known figures such as Iryna Mudra, Ihor Zhovkva, and Oleg Tatarov. Their incomes have sparked significant interest and discussion within society, reflecting the financial status of high-ranking officials amid the country's challenging economic situation.
This analysis of declarations is an important step towards ensuring transparency and accountability among public servants, as the public has the right to be informed about the financial affairs of their elected representatives. In the context of war and the economic difficulties that Ukraine is experiencing, officials' incomes always attract particular attention and can become a subject of public discourse.
It is crucial to note that officials' declarations are not merely a formality but also a tool for monitoring their activities and preventing corruption. Therefore, investigations such as the one conducted by NV play a key role in fostering trust in public institutions and their representatives.
Thus, the results of the analysis of the declarations from the Office of the President of Ukraine indicate that issues of income and financial transparency among officials remain pressing, and society has the right to demand openness and accountability from them.
