Gasoline and Diesel Prices Continue to Rise: Fuel Prices at Ukrainian Gas Stations on April 7
As reported by the information portal Ukrinform, fuel prices in Ukraine have risen as of April 7, 2023, raising concerns among motorists and consumers alike.
According to data from the portal minfin.com.ua, the average prices for various types of fuel are as follows: premium A-95 gasoline costs 76.94 UAH per liter, an increase of 15 kopecks; A-95 gasoline has risen to 73.07 UAH per liter, an increase of 13 kopecks; and A-92 gasoline now costs 67.3 UAH per liter, up by 6 kopecks. Diesel fuel has also become more expensive, with an average price of 90.12 UAH per liter, marking an increase of 42 kopecks. Regarding autogas, its average price has reached 48.98 UAH per liter, which is 14 kopecks higher compared to the previous day.
At the gas station network of PJSC “Ukrnafta,” fuel prices are as follows: A-95 gasoline costs 69.9 UAH per liter, diesel fuel is priced at 87.9 UAH per liter, and autogas is 48.9 UAH per liter. Similarly, the U.GO gas station network lists prices as follows: A-95 gasoline at 69.9 UAH per liter, diesel fuel at 87.9 UAH per liter, and autogas at 48.9 UAH per liter.
At OKKO gas stations, prices are slightly higher: A-95 gasoline costs 76.9 UAH per liter, diesel fuel is priced at 92 UAH per liter, and autogas is 49.9 UAH per liter. The BRSM-Nafta network shows the following prices: A-95 gasoline at 69.94 UAH per liter, diesel fuel at 87.99 UAH per liter, and autogas at 47.55 UAH per liter. WOG gas stations offer A-95 gasoline for 77 UAH per liter, diesel fuel for 91.9 UAH per liter, and autogas for 49.99 UAH per liter. In the BVS network, fuel prices are as follows: A-95 gasoline at 71.99 UAH per liter, diesel fuel at 90 UAH per liter, and autogas at 48.9 UAH per liter.
It is worth noting that on Monday, April 6, the average price of A-95 gasoline increased by 1 UAH 11 kopecks, reaching 72.94 UAH per liter, while the price of diesel fuel rose by 2 UAH 7 kopecks to 89.7 UAH per liter. This rise in fuel prices occurs against the backdrop of a general increase in energy costs and an unstable economic situation in the country.
These changes in fuel pricing policy could have serious implications for motorists and the economy as a whole, as rising fuel costs may lead to increased prices for other goods and services. Consumers and entrepreneurs are closely monitoring the situation, hoping for price stabilization in the near future.
