Kyrylo Budanov , head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, echoed these sentiments, asserting that Ukraine currently personifies the essence of Europe. “Ukraine today embodies the true Europe – both territorially and, most importantly, ideologically,” Budanov wrote on Telegram.
