Russian forces carried out two drone strikes on Kharkiv in the early hours of Wednesday, hitting the city’s Shevchenkivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts, local officials said.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said debris from a Russian drone fell on a road in the Shevchenkivskyi district.

In the Kholodnohirskyi district, Russian forces struck an infrastructure facility, sparking a fire at the site of the hit.
Information about casualties from the strikes was not immediately available.
Nine people were injured, including three children, and 38 private homes were damaged when Russian forces attacked Kharkiv’s Novobavarskyi district with a drone on Friday.
